a day of rest (sort of)

A goal for the new year for me is to really chill on sunday or at least 1 day a week. Focus on spending time in a tent with my 4 year old, drawing and actually talking to my wife and the people who inspire me daily. So far “my day” has been split between two days but that counts right? Yesterday coffee on Saturday with squidfingers and then today the family watched 4 of the 6 star wars movies and on top of it all i got to start 2 new personal illustrations. I hope i keep this up its feels good.

helping the homeless

I have always had a heart for folks challenged by finding lifes essentials shelter, food, clothing etc as i feel it should be constantly available, especially in a country of abundance. I have decided to dedicate and hopefully open eyes about sustenance and how lending a hand can and does make a difference. Helpink.org is an amazing organization that partners artists with charities to create awareness and generate funds for their cause. Just a tease to my piece although constantly changing i’m very excited to share and humbled about being part of the amazing roster and encourage you to go buy a print or five.
